At the age of three, my passion for dance was ignited at KYP Productions in Baltimore, Maryland, where I began my training in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, and pointe. My journey continued as I transitioned to the Baltimore County Youth Ballet, where I performed in their annual Nutcracker production until 2012. Seeking to elevate my skills, I joined the Morton Street Dance Center (MSDC) in 2013, training under the esteemed director Donna L. Jacobs while attending high school at Carver Center for Arts and Technology. During my time at MSDC, I performed with the repertory company and subsequently became an apprentice with Full Circle Dance Company.I earned my Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science, with minors in Biology and Chemistry, from Virginia Commonwealth University. After completing my degree, I returned to Full Circle Dance Company, rediscovering my love for dance and continuing to perform and grow as an artist. This fall, I am thrilled to come full circle by joining Morton Street Dance as an instructor, sharing my knowledge and passion with the next generation of dancers. This opportunity to teach at Morton Street Dance is a significant milestone in my career, bringing me back to the place where I honed my craft and developed my artistry. I am excited to inspire and mentor young dancers, helping them find their own love for this beautiful art form.
