We are filled with gratitude as we reflect on Ground and Sky, presented February 2 at the beautiful Gordon Center for Performing Arts. This experience of collaboration, mutual support, and artistic risk-taking continues to lift our spirits. The warmth of the audience was a gift to the more than 40 performers who graced the stage. Our Ballet Theatre of Maryland partners inspired us with their virtuosity and generosity. Ten youth guest artists learned and grew bravely alongside us. Photographer Dorret Oosterhoff documented the spirit and essence of Ground and Sky, both behind the scenes and on the stage.
